New show “Quantico” takes over ABC

Filled with non-stop action, intriguing drama, and shocking love interests, the new show “Quantico” starts its journey starring a Bollywood actress who has decided to make it big in America.

ABC released this new show on September 27th. “Quantico” is the name of an FBI academy located in Virginia that students attend to train to work on the force.

This show is special because Bollywood actress, Priyanka Chopra, plays the lead role. Priyanka Chopra is very famous in the Bollywood industry and has chosen to share her talent with Hollywood.

“Quantico” is a thriller and drama series about Alexis Parrish (Chopra), whose dream is to become an FBI agent. The show walks through her life in the academy, as well as introduces a huge conflict that Alex and her fellow trainees face and essentially adds a big twist. Chopra does an excellent job portraying this character, and it seems as though she has been working in Hollywood all along because of natural ability to act in any environment.

Many are very excited about this new show because Chopra is very well-known to all Indians as well as Indian-Americans. To see her take on the lead role of an ABC series is a big jump from her usual movie acting in Bollywood films. Therefore, it’s very exciting to see her tackle a big role in an American television series.

The show is filled with suspense and a new kind of drama that is filled with mystery and will make you want to keep watching. It appeals to all ages and therefore reaches out to a bigger audience.

“Quantico” was given 7.4/10 stars on IMDb, and was certified fresh, receiving an 83% approval rating by the movie and TV show critics website, Rotten Tomatoes. There have only been 11 episodes released, so it’s not too late to catch up on this new TV series.
