On Sept. 5, Trinity held its first pep rally of the year to uplift school-wide camaraderie and excitement for fall sports.

The school is sectioned off in the gym by grades and start off the pep rally by seeing which grade can cheer the loudest.

Seniors Caroline Ahl and Elizabeth Ranson participate in the pep rally game. Together, they compete against the other grades in a relay race centered around popping balloons.

The varsity cheer team performs in front of the school with a series of multiple dances.

Senior Isabel Ruby serves as the flyer for the cheer team as she stands high and proud before the packed gym of students.

After the cheer performance, the captains of all fall sports enter the stage as they are commemorated and notify students of their upcoming games. Seniors Jack Wermuth and Justin Stockstill are seen recognizing varsity cross country.

The football team rushes the gym. The team is coached by Brian Kells and led by freshman quarterback Joseph Macau.

Near the end of the pep rally, the Vocal Society leads the school in singing the alma mater.

That night, students come to watch the football team’s first home game of the season. Wearing the game’s theme of neon, each student dresses up to show their support.

After a day filled with hype and anticipation, the football team charges on to the field at full speed ahead of the night’s game.
